Are the artworks really handmade?+
Yes. Every original is drawn, painted or crafted by hand in our studio. Fine-art prints are clearly labelled as prints and are made from high-resolution scans of the originals.
What’s the difference between an Original and a Fine Art Print?+
An Original is the one-of-one piece the artist made. Prints are archival pigment prints on 310gsm cotton rag paper — beautiful, affordable, and available in A4 and A3.
How long does delivery take?+
In-stock pieces ship within 3–5 working days. Standard delivery takes 5–8 working days; Express takes 2–4. Commissions follow the timeline in your quote.
Do you ship outside India?+
Right now we ship within India. For international orders, send us a message and we’ll arrange a quote.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets via Razorpay, international cards via Stripe, PayPal, and cash or UPI on delivery where available.
Do originals come framed?+
Unless the product says “ships framed”, artworks ship unframed so you can choose a frame that suits your space. Charcoal pieces should be framed behind glass.
How do commissions work?+
Share your idea on the Commission page. We reply with a plan and quote; once you accept, we begin and share progress along the way.
Can I return an item?+
Prints and in-stock crafts can be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Commissions and personalised pieces can’t be returned, but we’ll always work with you if something isn’t right.
