• Account details: name, email, phone number and saved addresses.
• Order details: items purchased, delivery address and payment status. Card and UPI details are handled by our payment partners (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal) and never stored by us.
• Commission and support messages, including any reference photos you upload.
• A small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and remember your bag.

How we use it

• To process and deliver orders and commissions, and to send order and support updates.
• To respond to your questions.
• We do not sell your data. We share it only with service providers needed to run the shop (payments, couriers, email).

Your choices

You can update your details from your account, or ask us to export or delete your data by contacting us.
