Shipping

• We ship across India with insured, tracked couriers.
• Standard delivery (5–8 working days): ₹149, free on orders over ₹4,999.
• Express delivery (2–4 working days): ₹349.
• In-stock pieces are dispatched within 3–5 working days. You’ll get tracking details by email.
• Artworks are wrapped in acid-free tissue and shipped flat with rigid board or rolled in a sturdy tube.

Returns

• Prints and in-stock crafts: returnable within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original packaging.
• Originals: returnable within 7 days if they arrive damaged or significantly different from the listing.
• Commissions and personalised items are made just for you and can’t be returned.
• To start a return, open a support ticket from your account or the contact page with your order number.

Damaged in transit?

Please share photos of the package and artwork within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
